We are pleased to announce the appointment of Quinn Dukes, Performance Is Alive Director, as Performance Art Curator for SATELLITE ART SHOW during Miami Art Week 2016. Additionally, Alexandra Hammond will return to Miami as Chief Correspondent for Performance Is Alive and Performance Art Project Manager at SATELLITE. 

Performance Artists and actionists are invited to submit proposals to our PERFORMANCE ART @ SATELLITE OPEN CALL. The deadline for submissions is SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1ST 11:59PM. Selected artists will be notified in mid-October. Please note travel and accommodation stipends are currently unavailable. (We strive to achieve this benefit in future!)

SATELLITE, now located in South Beach, is an alternative art fair that presents new and exciting projects that span the gamut of art, music, performance, installation, new media and tech. Our 2015 show was highly attended by informed collectors and museum curators, received rave reviews from major art publications and had major sales throughout the week.

SATELLITE 2.0 will be held NEXT DOOR to Aqua Art Fair and steps from Art Basel and Untitled. The move to South Beach places SATELLITE in the heart of the action, providing us with unparalleled access to collectors and arts patrons alike.  SATELLITE 2.0 will once again emphasize concept-driven rooms, rather than the typical salon style hang of the standard fairs.
